I refuse to play small

I refuse to play small.
I am no longer outsourcing my power to old stories, expectations, or fears that aren’t mine.
This is my time—our time—to rise.
I lead myself first, not from perfection, but from practice.
I get scared.
I freeze.
I doubt myself.
And still—I dance.
I breathe.
I move forward.
I regulate, I calibrate, and I elevate—alongside other women remembering who they are.
I believe that movement is medicine.
That our bodies are the clearest channel we have.
That clarity comes when we feel, not just when we think.
And that our healing lies in the integration—of the scared and the sovereign, the awkward and the embodied, the doubt and the divine.
I am here to walk beside women as we release survival mode and return to our full aliveness—through breath, through movement, through radical self-love.
Because we are no longer waiting.
We’re reclaiming.
We’re rising.
Together.
